Check-in is self-service, which will make your arrival easier.
- Check-in time: from 15:00 onwards.
- Check-out time: until 11:00.
It is compulsory to complete the online check-in before arrival (including uploading ID and photo of each guest).
Rules of coexistence
Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00.
Parties, events and loud music are not allowed.
Avoid making noise after 22:00.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the reservation.
Minors may only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Always close doors and windows when leaving the flat.
Lock the door when leaving.
Any inappropriate, aggressive or suspicious behaviour will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking and possible notification of the authorities.
Flat Rules
Smoking is prohibited inside the flat and in common areas (including electronic cigarettes and vapes).
Possession, consumption or distribution of drugs is not permitted.
No unauthorised moving of furniture, beds or sofas.
It is not allowed to hang towels, clothes or objects out of the windows or railings.
It is forbidden to install electronic devices outside the accommodation (routers, loudspeakers, decorative lights, etc.) without prior authorisation.
The use of candles or incense is not permitted for safety reasons.
Please turn off the lights when leaving.
Take out the rubbish daily and leave the accommodation tidy at check-out.
Beds and towels will only be made up for the number of guests indicated.
No filming or photography for commercial purposes is permitted without permission.
The property is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

Damages
In case of damage, the guest must cover the costs of repair or replacement.
Guests have full access to the flat for the duration of their stay, including all private areas of the accommodation. Entry is completely autonomous by means of a code that is sent before arrival, which allows for a flexible and contact-free check-in.
In addition, you will be able to enjoy the common areas of the building, such as the coworking area, the terraces, the BBQ area, the fire pits, the lobby, the lift and the intelligent accesses.
The building does not have internal parking, but there is a car park with an agreement very close by, available for those arriving by car.
We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Check-in is autonomous, but we will always ask you for your approximate time of arrival so that we can be attentive in case you need assistance or any unforeseen circumstances arise.
Throughout your stay you will have access to our 24/7 support team, available by message, phone or email. We are quick to respond and ready to help you with anything you need, from recommendations to immediate support if something comes up in the flat.
